My passion is helping others slow down, de-stress, and feel renewed through scalp care, relaxation, and wellness-focused treatments. I believe self-care is more than a luxury—it’s an important part of feeling your best inside and out. My goal is to create a peaceful experience where you can unwind, recharge, and leave feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for. Cancellation Policy
At Lo & Lather, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service.
No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 50% of the service total.
A valid card may be required to keep appointments on file.
We understand that emergencies happen—please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
